Make October 3 or 4 a day of games, cosplay and movie props at The PropCon. This indoor Ocean Center outing gives teens and their families plenty to explore, with different routes for different obsessions.

PICK YOUR FIRST STOP
Choose what sounds fun, then mix in the other stops. These are suggested routes through the event; check the schedule for confirmed showtimes as they are released.
Meet Arcade 51, explore custom cabinets from Gen X Arcade and find interactive gaming stops. Compare favorite games, see how a cabinet is built and make room for something unexpected.
Bring a friend to the Arcade 51 booth for a one-on-one Smash Brothers match. Matches run throughout both days, with prizes for winners, including free entry to the arcade.
Get a close look at armor, helmets, leatherwork and fantasy accessories. Talk materials and ideas with the makers, then explore anime art and collectibles for a favorite character or a new discovery.
Costumes are encouraged. Check the prop and costume policies and contest details before you arrive.
Meet T. Brooklyn Bellissimo, the effects artist behind the original Saw Reverse Bear Trap. He plans to pose with fans while holding the prop. Explore Screen Captured Props and the movie-prop and practical-effects lineup for more objects and stories from film.
Prefer a lighter photo stop? Look for themed cars, giant characters and more things to photograph. Choose the displays that fit your family’s interests.
The PropCon takes place inside the Ocean Center, 101 N. Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach, on October 3-4, 2026. The show runs 10 AM-5 PM each day. Plan parking and arrival.
Any student with a valid school ID can use the student rate: $10 Saturday or $5 Sunday before 6.5% sales tax. Single-ticket website totals before any discount are $10.65 and $5.33. Bring the ID to the entrance. See all ticket options.
Admission covers access to the convention floor and general event program. Merchandise, autographs and some activities or photo arrangements may cost extra. Ask the participant before joining in. Tournament entry details are still to be announced.
