The PropCon brings makers and the people who love their work into the same room, then adds live action, games, guests, characters, comedy, and giant visual moments.

The PropCon is organized around the physical work, the stories behind it, and the community that gathers around props, collecting, cosplay, effects, art, and fandom.

Visitors can discover original work and talk directly with the people who designed and made it.
EXPERIENCES
Live action, entertainment, demonstrations, games, characters, guests, and photo opportunities give the weekend multiple rhythms.

The event takes place at the Ocean Center on October 3 and 4, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day.

We are Mike, Shea, and Elisa, three Daytona Beach-area entrepreneurs and local business owners with long Florida roots. Mike owns Daytona Escape Room, while Shea and Elisa own Hosting NSB. Together, we started The Prop Site to help makers sell the things they build. As that community grew, we saw what it needed next: a hometown show where creators could meet people, share their work, and sell what they love.
The PropCon is our way of bringing Daytona something personal, energetic, and genuinely different. It is built for makers, cosplayers, collectors, performers, families, and the community around their creations. No giant corporate committee. Just three neighbors building a hometown event with a lot of heart.
