ADMISSION, SAFETY, AND EVENT TERMS
The rules that apply when you buy a ticket, attend The PropCon, or use this website.

All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. Ticket availability, prices, and 6.5% sales tax are shown during website checkout. Website ticket payments are processed through Stripe. Tickets are valid only for the date or weekend stated on the ticket.
Kids age 10 and under receive free admission. Student admission requires a valid school ID and is $10 Saturday or $5 Sunday. Admission terms may be verified at entry.
The PropCon is scheduled for October 3 and 4, 2026 at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach. Published guests, vendors, attractions, activities, locations, and times may change. Ordinary lineup or schedule changes do not create a right to a refund except where required by law.
Admission is subject to these terms, the Event Policies, Ocean Center rules, and reasonable safety directions from event or venue staff. Harassment, threats, illegal activity, dangerous conduct, and material disruption are not permitted. A person who seriously violates these requirements may be refused entry or removed without a refund.
Real weapons are not permitted. Costume props and items that could reasonably be mistaken for weapons must be handled safely and may be checked before or during the event. The PropCon or Ocean Center may restrict an item when necessary for safety or venue compliance.
Admission provides entry to the event for the ticketed day or weekend. Merchandise, food, autographs, and any optional paid experience are separate unless the event specifically says they are included. Individual vendors are responsible for their own products, prices, and transactions.
Photography and video recording take place at this public event. By attending, you understand that you may appear incidentally in images or recordings created by the organizer, media, exhibitors, or other attendees. Photography must not interfere with safety, privacy, access, performances, or vendor operations.
Website ticket payments are processed through Stripe. Eventeny is used for vendor applications and ticket delivery and fulfillment. Other pages may link to Ocean Center, participant, attraction, or tourism websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
These terms are governed by applicable Florida law. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The PropCon may update these terms for safety, operational, legal, or event needs, with the current version published on this page.
